I have worked with my coach for quite some time. Along the way, all sorts of opportunities and challenges have presented themselves. The topics and themes have changed over time. Although sometimes there are short terms matters that need attention, the longer view is always present in our conversations. Our work is always based on my strengths and my goals, not only professionally but also private and personal ones. They all have to fit and be balanced. Although there is a methodology in the background our work always adapt to my present situation.

My success in reaching my goals is almost always dependent on the people around me. They can be colleagues or friends and family. Often the goals turn into our goals and together we create the future we want.I have taken many steps in my development and I would not have been able to do this without the support from Euroacademy.
