I want to enable people to succeed in their goals, to develop according to their strengths, passions and abilities. I want to assist them in understanding how to communicate in a multicultural environment, and to navigate in a complex systemic world.

So how can I ensure that people obtain the right tools to become today and tomorrow’s leaders? As a certified coach of Euro Academy, leadership institute, I am able to use our educational platform, which offers a hands-on-approach to leadership, combining theory and practise.

What do I have? I am an open-minded, curious and experienced banker with over 25 years of work experience in the financial sector. I have among other assignments worked as a client manager with the large corporate sector at SEB, and as a project communicator for a group-wide project. The last couple of years I have worked as a trade finance specialist and manager at Swedbank.

Some of my key strengths include, problem solving, project coordination, intercultural communication, and as a manager the ability to engage and enable colleagues to develop in their profession. I have always been an active listener and personal coach. To help others develop and find their true self has always been rewarding and an inspiration to me.

I believe that a sustainable leadership requires the ability to be honest, have an understanding of oneself and to see others as an asset to the organisation and encourage them to develop as well. True respect comes from knowing who you are, what you want and how you treat others.
