- Together with the school, the organization or the public actor the program can easily be adjusted to specific situations and needs.
- Time flexible - given under 6-12 month or 1-week course
- Blended learning – the program builds on active engagement from students, short presentations, reflection exercises, development tools, team work and action plans.
