I have an extensive business experience and a broad network in several industries as Banking & Finance, Telecommunications and IT services. Understanding the evolving needs for a successful leadership in a complex and fast-moving Data driven world, with sustainability on top of the agenda. Focus on developing people, teams and organizations to successfully expand the business by going from good to great. I truly believe in the need to work with the whole picture, both Headand Heart, both professionallyand personally, to develop strong leaders for the future. I contribute through EuroAcademy Leadership Institute to build a WORLD WELL LED.

 I have had several senior executive positions with full profit and loss responsibility. During the last eleven years I have been working in global environment as heading the Swedish banking sector both at Telia Company and at TietoEvry. Most recently I come from a role as Group CEO of the stock listed IT company, Time People Group AB (publ). Mentor in Spader Ess (Ruter Dam) and in Novare Leadership Academy programs.
